The invention applies in particular in control the movement of high-precision and high-performance computer controlled machine tool and robots. A disadvantage of the commonly known methods is the difficulty in zeroing the speed error without overshoot, in active state of speed controller, in short control time 100 micro seconds, using one switching of transistor inverter supplying motor. As the result of the invention method of forming the output signal of the speed controller is achieved speed control process with minimal time and without overshot, not depending on the value of the electromotive force of the motor and linearly varying load torque.
