The present invention is an installation which can be built into the hydraulic system of retention object. This installation can be a part of the newly designed retention object, and especially should be installed on the modernization of the existing tank. This installation aims to improve the cubature efficiency of existing or planned flow retention facilities. It also enables transformation of the one-chamber hydraulic system in the multi-chamber system, and it is particularly advantageous in reservoirs characterized by a high surface area and small design filling.
