Closing device of the aformentioned type are generally known and used. All versions of the known closing devices are more or less similar and generally consist of THREE COMPONENTS. THE FIRST COMPONENT is a cap with a seal, a thread and at least one inner stage for rotating the cutting means. THE SECOND COMPONENT is a primary fixing element, which is permanently connected to the container of liquid, and a body with an external thread for screwing the cap with a seal and inner thread with a guide for rotating and guiding the THIRD COMPONENT – this is the cutting wheel. Manufacture of such closing device is technologically more difficult and thus more costly. THE NEW INVENTION is a closing device (cap with a basic fixing piece) on a partially rigid container for liquids, which eliminates the deficiencies of known solutions and refines them, since it consists only of two pieces and is capable of opening, in addition to already known containers, such as „Tetrapak”, the containers of liquids, where deliberately the upper part is not removed (that is the layer of cardboard – paper), which means enormous savings for the production of liquid containers, since it only cuts through the upper layer (the cardboard) and does not pphysically removes it. This process enables faster production, since it is not necessary to suck out the cut of piece of the cardboard, and thus it also eliminates a major risk for the cut pieces of cardboard to recede between the tools and thereby hinder the entire production process or even block it. Closing device according to the invention consists of only two pieces and thus the total weight of the embedded material can be up to 20 percent less that of the previously knowl three-piece devices and this for the same opening on the liquid container („Tetrapak”). Both parts are easy to mnufacture as well as to assemble. The production of the components requires only two tools for molding or working machines, also simpler is the machine for audomatic assembly of the two pieces. Due to the simplicity of the components of the closing device according to the invention, we can use a completely automated production and assembly with only one robot arm and in such a way that, upon synchronized functioning of the both injection molding machines, the robot arm takes the pieces from the tools for molding caps and transfers them to the opened tool on the tubular extension (primary fixing piece) of the adjacent machine where pieces are right before the ejection phase, it then mounts them together with the one way mounting force, releases them and moves away. In the next moment, these mounted finished pices are ejected from the tubular extension of the molding tool.
